Customer Service Representative – Retail Account
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product, order, payment, and account-related concerns.
- Provide accurate and friendly customer support through phone or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Process requests, updates, and transactions using company systems.
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Qualifications
- No Call Center/BPO experience required
- High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Customer-focused and willing to learn
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
