Field Applications Engineer

- Assist the sales executives during execution of sales process by installing and performing a product demonstration of the COMPANY’s products
- Product installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Provide consulting to customers and technical support regarding technicalities of the COMPANY’s products
- Inventory management of equipment and spare parts
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems to diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Assist team with IT related problems when called upon
- All technical support transactions, consultations, product demo and installation should be encoded as a ticket to Hubspot
- Generate a monthly Hubspot service ticket report
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a field service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong technical skills related to bioengineering equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
