Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to lead the development, maintenance, optimization, and security of all our company websites, landing pages, booking systems, and web technologies. 

This role focuses heavily on lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, analytics, AI visibility, and conversion optimization, ensuring every website is fast, secure, search-engine optimized, AI-ready, and fully integrated with our CRM, marketing platforms, and automation systems. The ideal candidate is collaborative and proactive, capable of working closely with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Sales Operations, and external vendors to continuously improve website performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain webpages, landing pages, microsites, campaign and service pages, and blog templates across all company websites.
• Manage WordPress sites, the booking engine, plugins, themes, and custom code.
• Ensure zero broken pages, mobile-responsive layouts, fast load times, and a stable production environment.

Performance & Core Web Vitals Optimization

• Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, server response, caching, image delivery, lazy loading, and CDN implementation.
• Maintain a Google PageSpeed score above 90, LCP under 2.5 seconds, and CLS below 0.1.

Landing Page Development

• Build high-converting landing pages for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, remarketing, and AI search campaigns.
• Run A/B tests and optimize CTAs, forms, and UX to continuously improve conversion rates.

Technical SEO Implementation

• Execute technical SEO including schema markup, canonical tags, meta tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, URL structure, and internal linking.
• Improve crawlability and indexability, and support GEO, AI search optimization, and structured data in collaboration with the SEO Specialist.

Analytics & Tracking

• Implement and maintain GTM, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar.
• Track form submissions, button clicks, scroll depth, bookings, phone calls, WhatsApp clicks, and chat interactions.

CRM Integration & Automation

• Maintain integrations between the website, Salesforce, booking engine, forms, and marketing automation, including lead routing, hidden UTM fields, and data validation.
• Build form, lead, booking, and email automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks.

Website Security

• Manage SSL, backups, security plugins, malware prevention, user permissions, and site monitoring.
• Maintain a recovery plan and ensure overall site stability and security.

AI & Website Readiness

• Prepare sites for AI search using structured data, semantic HTML, and FAQ, Organization, Product, and Local Business schema.
• Support AI citation initiatives, LLM optimization, and Knowledge Graph improvements.

UX/UI Improvements

• Improve navigation, mobile experience, conversion funnels, user journeys, and the booking flow.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team on layout, interactive components, forms, and CTA placement.

Reporting

• Submit weekly reports on website health, downtime, new development, bugs, speed, security, and conversion tracking.
• Deliver monthly reports on Core Web Vitals, site performance, technical SEO, and conversion improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in web development, preferably supporting marketing or digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, NextJS and NestJS
• Experience with CMS platforms (Wix, WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, GTmetrix, Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights
• Hands-on experience implementing GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance development speed, code quality, and problem-solving
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug quickly
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience integrating websites with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), APIs, and automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
• Knowledge of responsive design, security, and version control (Git).
