Consultant, Continuous Process Improvement - Data Analytics

Roles and Responsibilities:

SKAN AI Administration & Development

• Configure, maintain, and enhance SKAN AI deployments across supported GBFS functions.
• Design and manage process intelligence studies, process discovery initiatives, and data collection activities within the SKAN platform.
• Ensure platform configurations, user access, governance controls, and system settings align with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform system maintenance activities, and coordinate vendor support when required.
• Analyze SKAN-generated insights to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, automation opportunities, and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Support the deployment and expansion of SKAN across new business processes and functional areas.
• Partner with process improvement teams to convert process intelligence findings into actionable improvement recommendations.

ProHance Administration & Analytics

• Configure and maintain ProHance workforce analytics and productivity management solutions.
• Develop and manage productivity analysis frameworks, workforce utilization reports, and operational dashboards.
• Monitor platform performance, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
• Analyze workforce productivity trends and operational performance metrics.
• Generate actionable insights to support capacity planning, resource optimization, workload balancing, and operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and user guidance for ProHance implementations.

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and performance reporting solutions.
• Create standardized KPI dashboards for operational leaders, process owners, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop automated reporting solutions that improve visibility into operational performance and process health.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and governance across Strategic Improvement initiatives.
• Support the development of scorecards, process metrics, and operational performance monitoring frameworks.

Data Analytics & Process Intelligence

• Conduct data analysis, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and operational assessments.
• Perform productivity, utilization, operational metrics, and process performance analyses.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to support process improvement initiatives.
• Identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends through advanced data analysis techniques.
• Support benchmarking, opportunity assessments, and continuous improvement evaluations.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making and operational improvement efforts.

Strategic Improvement Support

• Partner with Process Intelligence Consultants, Business Analysts, and Process Improvement teams to support improvement projects.
• Support process discovery, process maturity assessments, diagnostic studies, and operational reviews.
• Assist in identifying automation, standardization, and simplification opportunities.
• Develop analytical models and reporting tools that enable data-driven improvement decisions.
• Contribute to improvement recommendations and business cases through quantitative analysis.

Solution Development & Automation

• Develop and support workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business process effectiveness.
• Build and maintain automated processes, system integrations, and reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and enhance operational visibility.
• Design, develop, and support custom business applications, digital tools, and technology solutions that address operational needs and process improvement opportunities.
• Support the integration of analytics, reporting, and process intelligence capabilities within operational improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions that enable process optimization, productivity improvement, and operational excellence objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application support procedures, and solution governance standards.
• Support ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internally developed applications, automation solutions, and analytics platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and process intelligence requirements.
• Present findings, trends, and recommendations to project teams and business leaders.
• Train and support platform users, business stakeholders, and operational teams.
• Develop user guides, technical documentation, and governance materials.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and process intelligence adoption across GBFS

Qualifications:
Required

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Process Intelligence, Process Mining, Workforce Analytics, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating data into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with large datasets, data transformation, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational performance measurement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience configuring and administering SKAN AI or similar Task Mining/Process Intelligence platforms.
• Experience configuring and administering ProHance or Workforce Productivity Analytics platforms.
• Experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard design.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration techniques.
• Experience supporting Process Mining, Process Discovery, or Operational Analytics initiatives.
• Experience within Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Finance Operations, Healthcare Operations, or Supply Chain environments.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience building automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
