- Lead a team of engineers in executing construction projects with precision and quality.
- Oversee project plans, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation at Glasstron Corporation.
- Mentor team members, fostering a proactive and solution-driven work environment.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements to propel Glasstron within the engineering front of construction.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Engineering.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of engineering principles, proficient in relevant software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee engineering projects, ensure compliance with engineering processes, manage a team of engineers, plan and execute training.
- Working Conditions: Office and field environment, must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership ability, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactive in addressing issues.
