- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team to convert prospects into customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to articulate product information and handle objections convincingly.
- Strong persuasive abilities to influence potential customers in a positive manner.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and enhance engagement during calls.
- Basic computer skills to manage customer information and navigate call management software.
