Dispatcher

Work Location: Block 2 Phase 5 East Main Avenue, Laguna Technopark Sez Loma 4024 City of Binan Laguna, Phililppines

Job Responsibilities:

· Schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch operations and delivery timelines.

· Prepare and verify dispatch documents (e.g., delivery receipts, packing lists, etc.).

· Coordinate with the logistics team, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to ensure timely shipment of products.

· Check product availability and confirm the accuracy of items for dispatch based on sales orders.

· Ensure loading procedures comply with company handling and safety standards.

· Track dispatched items and address delivery issues or delays proactively.

· Maintain clear records of all dispatched orders for inventory and audit purposes.

· Communicate with sales, inventory, and customer service teams to align on fulfillment priorities.

· Assist in periodic inventory counts and warehouse process improvements.

· Ad hoc task as assigned by the Manager.

· Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation, its affiliates and its subsidiaries.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Candidate must be at least a High School or Senior High School graduate; a college level or graduate is an advantage.

· Proven experience in warehouse operations or dispatching (at least 2 years preferred).

· Familiarity with inventory systems or dispatch software is a plus.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
