GAMG Property Rental
- Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, staircases, lobbies, and outdoor spaces.
- Assist with minor repairs, such as fixing light fixtures, plumbing issues, or furniture.
- Help prepare rental units for new tenants by cleaning, organizing, and performing touch-ups.
- Take out trash, manage recycling, and keep waste disposal areas tidy.
- Support tenants with small tasks, such as moving furniture or delivering items.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the property manager.
- Assist in landscaping tasks, such as watering plants, mowing lawns, or clearing debris.
- Help with organizing and maintaining storage areas or equipment.
- Support property management during tenant move-ins or move-outs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and property rules while performing tasks.
- Previous experience in maintenance or as a helper is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and maintenance equipment.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough completion of tasks.
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and property management.
- Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
