Senior Executive Assistant | Full time | Remote | PH Based

What to Expect

• Salary & Compensation: $1,200 USD per month + HMO health benefits.

• Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week).

• Schedule: US Graveyard Shift (night shift in PH to align with US business hours).

• Working Style: High autonomy, high trust. You will be provided clear SOPs and brand guidelines, then expected to take full ownership and run with them independently.

About the Role

This isn't a "manage the calendar and answer emails" kind of role. This is a high-trust, high-ownership position sitting right at the operational center of two growing brands: a coaching platform and a health/wellness business.

You will work directly with the founder with one primary objective: by Day 90, leadership is completely out of the inbox and off social channels because you have taken full operational control. What You'll Be Doing

• Complete Inbox & Calendar Ownership: Fully own and manage the founder’s primary email. Triage, respond, organize, and prioritize incoming messages so zero items fall through the cracks, seamlessly coordinating calendar scheduling from inbox flow.

• Social Media Management: Execute social media deployment across both brands—handling content scheduling, posting, and basic short-form video editing (Reels via the Edits app). (YouTube is out of scope; all other channels are yours to manage).

• In-App Community Engagement: Three days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri), log into the in-app health community to engage on the founder's behalf, adhering strictly to established SOPs to match the established voice, tone, and language.

• AI Agent Maintenance: Maintain, tune, and modify the existing suite of pre-built AI agents as content and operational needs evolve.

• Branded Content Creation: Design carousels and visual assets using Canva , adhering strictly to existing brand guides.

• Trend & Content Research: Research trending short-form content and YouTube topics to inform the content calendar and keep both brands timely and relevant.

• Testimonial Harvesting: Proactively identify, collect, and organize client testimonials across both brands.

• GoHighLevel & Agency Reporting: Manage backend admin inside GoHighLevel (GHL) , pulling and formatting regular performance reports for the external ads agency.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the operational bridge between the Founder, CEO, and Ads Agency—maintaining clear, proactive communication and follow-through.

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

• 2–5 Years Relevant Experience: Proven background in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Social Media Management role.

• Exceptional English Fluency: Top-tier written and verbal English skills, capable of seamlessly adopting an executive's voice and tone.

• Coaching / Health / Wellness Background: Direct experience or genuine familiarity within the health, wellness, or coaching industries.

• Core Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) , Canva , social scheduling platforms, and basic video editing software (Edits app).

• AI Adaptation Skills: High comfort level working with AI tools and updating pre-established systems independently.

• High-Ownership Mindset: Proactive, self-directed, and reliable. You anticipate needs, solve bottlenecks independently, and take full pride in your outcomes without needing to be chased.
