SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MANAGER
- The Social Media & Digital Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening the Company’s digital presence across Facebook, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, the corporate website, and other online platforms. The position develops and executes digital marketing strategies, creates engaging product and corporate content, and handles image and video editing.
- The role also oversees the administration and maintenance of the Company’s CRM/SFE system, including user access, system updates, data accuracy, troubleshooting, and coordination with employees and service providers. The position monitors digital performance, customer engagement, online sales, and campaign results and submits regular reports and recommendations to Management.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Manage the Company's Facebook Page, TikTok, and other approved social media platforms.
- Prepare and implement monthly content calendars.
- Create, schedule, and publish approved marketing materials.
- Monitor digital engagement, inquiries, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate digital campaigns with the Sales and Marketing Team.
B. Creative and Multimedia Production
- Develop promotional graphics, product advertisements, banners, and digital presentations.
- Produce and edit product videos, reels, event highlights, and corporate materials.
- Maintain consistent corporate branding and organize digital assets.
- Ensure product promotional materials undergo appropriate internal approval before publication.
C. E-Commerce and Website Administration
- Manage the Company's Lazada,Shopee, and TikTok Shop accounts.
- Maintain approved product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Coordinate online campaigns and customer inquiries with authorized departments.
- Update and maintain the Company's official website.
- Monitor online platform performance and prepare periodic reports.
D. CRM/SFE System Administration
- Serve as the designated administrator of the Company's CRM/SFE platform.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts based on approved access requests.
- Provide CRM/SFE system orientation and basic technical support.
- Assist employees with access,synchronization, and system-related concerns.
- Coordinate unresolved technical issues with the service provider.
- Monitor system utilization and prepare reports for authorized Management personnel.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin regarding onboarding, reassignment, and employee separation.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate controls over system credentials and company data.
E. Reporting and Cross-Functional
Coordination
- Submit periodic reports on digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM/SFE activities.
- Coordinate with Management and concerned departments on projects and operational requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of system access, digital assets, and assigned projects.
- Perform other related duties consistent with the position as assigned by Management.
