We are looking for an SEO and Marketing All Rounder to drive website traffic and audience growth through search engine optimization and social media marketing. The ideal candidate for this role should be able to plan, create, and schedule engaging short-form content, manage social media advertising, and apply SEO best practices to strengthen online visibility and organic reach. This role is critical for connecting social media engagement with website performance, ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable traffic and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve website search rankings
  
• Monitor website performance and organic search metrics, identifying opportunities for SEO improvement
  
• Plan, create, and schedule short-form video content (e.g., reels) and social media posts across relevant platforms
  
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including Instagram ads, to support marketing goals
  
• Use social media channels strategically to drive traffic to the website and support conversion goals
  
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule across social media platforms
  
• Analyze social media and website traffic data to refine content strategy and improve engagement
  
• Collaborate on basic website content updates and coordinate with technical resources for more complex changes
  
• Stay current with SEO algorithm updates, social media trends, and content best practices to maintain competitive performance

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in SEO and social media marketing, or related experience
  
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms)
  
• Experience with social media scheduling and content creation tools for short-form video and static content
  
• Working knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta/Instagram Ads Manager)
  
• Basic understanding of website content management, with the ability to coordinate on technical updates as needed
  
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
  
• Excellent written communication skills for content creation and campaign messaging
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple content and campaign schedules
