About the Team

As an Audit Support professional, you will contribute to the successful delivery of engagements by helping teams manage key processes, information, and deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an Audit Support professional, you will provide coordination and operational support to engagement teams, helping ensure that work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will contribute to the execution of key processes, maintain the quality and completeness of information, and collaborate with team members to support the successful delivery of client engagements. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining exposure to the audit and professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to engagement teams across various activities and projects.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of engagement-related documents, reports, and work records.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.
- Gather, validate, and maintain information in relevant systems and tools.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the timely completion of assigned tasks and requirements.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency in accordance with established standards.
- Support process execution and contribute to the smooth delivery of team objectives.
- Adhere to Firm policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other engagement-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business-related degree program, such as: Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting (BSMA), Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information Systems (BSAIS), Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), Bachelor of Science in Financial Management (BSFM), or other related business, finance, or business or accounting programs
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Open to a fixed-term assignment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
- Willing to report to the Ortigas office as the primary work location and, when needed, to other office locations of the Firm.
