- Conduct regular audits of retail locations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Analyze sales data and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management, highlighting findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with store managers to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development of audit programs and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in audit or retail operations
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
