Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate, preferably Business Management or Administration.
- Can drive motorcycle with driver's license.
- Preferably with experience in Sales, Marketing and Collection.
- Willing to do field work.
- Physically fit to work.
Can be assigned in the following area:
- BALAYAN
- BATANGAS CITY
- LIPA
- ROSARIO
Responsibilities
- Conduct fieldwork to identify and engage potential clients within the assigned area.
- Promote and offer microfinance loan products to qualified individuals and small business owners.
- Explain loan terms, requirements, and payment processes clearly to clients.
- Process loan applications and assist clients in completing necessary documentation.
- Perform regular collection of loan payments and ensure on-time remittance.
- Maintain accurate client records and update account status regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Submit daily or weekly field activity and collection reports.
