Advantage Concrete Industries Corporation is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Calatagan Batangas. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects by accurately measuring and mapping the land and other physical features. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other physical features
- Preparing detailed maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey data is accurately interpreted and applied
- Utilizing surveying equipment, such as theodolites, levels, and GPS devices, to collect and record data
- Care and proper maintenance of survey tools and equipment
- Preparation of safety permits and other clearances require before field survey
- Ensuring all survey work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Providing technical support and guidance to other members of the construction team as needed
- Implement safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
- A bachelor's degree in surveying, Geodetic Engineering, or a related field, preferably with license.
- Preferably with experience working as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, such as AutoCAD and GIS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret survey data and identify potential issues
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
