Production Team Leader

Description - Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate scheduling and planning of production processes to align with supply chain management.
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies for efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management and leadership skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in planning and operations management
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of quality standards and food safety protocols
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with forecasting and supply chain management
- Willing to Work in Davao City (Paid Training will be in Laguna)
- Willing to be Assigned in Davao City ( Those came from Manila or Nearby provinces that are willing to work in Davao City)
