Architectural Designer

Should have a strong background in architectural design, with the ability to bring conceptual ideas to life while considering practical and functional needs. The Design Architect will be responsible for leading the design phase of architectural projects, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring that design concepts are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to final design, creating innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, project managers, and construction teams to understand project goals, budget constraints, and timeline requirements.
- Develop and present creative architectural concepts and design proposals that meet client needs while aligning with company vision and guidelines.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software. Ensure all design documents are up to code and align with local regulations.
- Ensure the design process meets the highest quality standards, balancing creativity with practical and technical considerations.
