Location: La Paz, Makati City (Davao Based)
Work Schedule: 8 hours + overtime pay
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: With at least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
- Industry Preference: Preferably with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machine
- Skills: Goal-oriented, with good strategic planning and organizing skills
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee sales operations, territory growth, and business development strategies for the Davao region
- Lead, coach, and manage sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets
- Formulate strategic sales plans, market penetration tactics, and client retention programs
- Collaborate with senior management to align regional sales objectives with overall company goals
