The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company's automotive upholstery services, including seat upholstery, flooring, captain seats, interior restoration, and vehicle customization. The role involves generating new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company's car upholstery and interior restoration services. Identify and develop new business opportunities through walk-in clients, referrals, and online inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations based on customer requirements. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of customer orders. Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Represent the company professionally during client meetings and promotional events.
