Healthcare Customer Experience Associate

We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Experience Associate to join our team and provide excellent support to customers and healthcare members. In this role, you will assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can understand customer needs, analyze concerns, and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding healthcare-related services and concerns.
• Listen actively to customers and identify their needs to provide appropriate assistance.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently using problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach in every interaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and necessary information in company systems.
• Follow established processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments when additional assistance is needed.
• Perform other duties related to customer service and account operations as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• College graduate — with or without BPO/customer service experience.
• Completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months of customer service-related experience.
• Above-average English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent comprehension and listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn healthcare-related processes and procedures.
