Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
- With at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in mechanical works for construction projects.
- Knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems installation.
- Able to prepare reports, coordinate with project teams, and supervise mechanical works.
- Proficient in engineering software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work on-site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installation works and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Monitor the progress of mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Prepare technical reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and project requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering recommendations.
- Monitor project resources, materials, and manpower assigned to mechanical works.
