Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who will serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service at all times. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics

Work Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Full paid training provided

Requirements

• High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
• Good English communication skills
