Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Cubao Site We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Cubao site! If you have BPO experience and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, apply today and start your next career opportunity. Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures. Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate to College Graduate.
Good English communication skills.
At least 6 months of BPO experience (any account).
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Willing to work onsite in Cubao.
