- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Process orders and handle returns or exchanges in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-Level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries.
