Technician (Welder/Fabricator) Qualifications At least vocational graduate with TESDA Certificate (TIG & SMAW Welding) Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience on steel fabrication. Experience with TIG and SMAW welding Experience with safety compliance and hazard management, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment during maintenance tasks. Proven track record in inventory management, ensuring that necessary tools, parts, and consumables are stocked, organized, and available for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna Inc., Laguna Technopark, Don Jose, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna for Direct Hire.
