HR Employee and Labor Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee orientations on labor laws and company policies
- Address employee grievances and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with third‑party agencies and keep records updated
- Draft, issue, and manage company memoranda
- Plan and implement CSR activities and communications
- Review and enforce company policies and employee handbook
- Manage proceedings for employee violations and implement disciplinary actions
- Ensure proper filing of employee relations documents
- Maintain relationships with the community and local government units (LGUs)
- Prepare communications for corporate events and ensure bulletin postings
- Organize regular company‑wide activities and events
- Submit weekly reports on violations and third‑party updates
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Political Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary procedures (preferred).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
