HR Employee and Labor Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee orientations on labor laws and company policies
• Address employee grievances and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with third‑party agencies and keep records updated
• Draft, issue, and manage company memoranda
• Plan and implement CSR activities and communications
• Review and enforce company policies and employee handbook
• Manage proceedings for employee violations and implement disciplinary actions
• Ensure proper filing of employee relations documents
• Maintain relationships with the community and local government units (LGUs)
• Prepare communications for corporate events and ensure bulletin postings
• Organize regular company‑wide activities and events
• Submit weekly reports on violations and third‑party updates

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Political Science.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary procedures (preferred).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
