Accounting Staff

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts for services and products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and revenues
- Support payroll processing and staff reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and tax regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and tax compliance is a plus
