Location: Las Piñas We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Odoo
- Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR)
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and financial accounts
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Generate financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in audits and coordinate with internal teams
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Odoo (required)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Office tools
- Organized, able to work independently, and with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
