Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Background in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, BPO, Shared Services, Distribution, Construction, or related industries
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting activities
- Review reconciliations and journal entries
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Support process improvement initiatives
