ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist in preparing financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily accounting transactions
Support the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports
Help prepare and release financial statements on schedule
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
Monitor and process bank payments in a timely manner
Assist in tax computations and preparation of tax returns
Maintain balance sheets and profit and loss statements
Support reporting on the company’s financial condition and liquidity
Assist in reviewing and auditing financial transactions and documents
Ensure confidentiality of financial data and assist with record backup when needed
Comply with company financial policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
With experience in Food Industry
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and general ledger functions
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Willing to work in San Juan City
