With experience in sales, cashiering, or customer service is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Able to assist customers, promote products, and handle transactions accurately.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to be assigned to different branches as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CASHIER / SALES ASSOCIATE
1. Customer Service & Sales Assistance
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product selection, menu inquiries, prices, promotions, availability, and company policies.
- Promote products and special offers when appropriate.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
2. Payment Processing & Transaction Handling
- Accurately process cash, credit card, debit card, e-wallet, and other approved payment methods.
- Issue official receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Handle customer orders and payments efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure order accuracy and smooth transactions.
- Report POS or payment system issues immediately to the supervisor.
3. Cash Management & Sales Reporting
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
- Check and balance cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash count reports, and related documentation.
- Report and explain cash shortages, overages, or transaction discrepancies promptly.
4. Store Operations & Product Merchandising
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of the cashier counter, sales floor, and assigned areas.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and priced.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the stockman or supervisor for replenishment.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, replenishing, and transferring merchandise when necessary.
- Support daily store operations and front-of-house activities as needed.
5. Sales Performance & Company Compliance
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets set by Management.
- Safeguard company merchandise, equipment, cash, and other assets.
- Follow company policies, code of conduct, sales procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and positive working relationships with customers and team members.
