Independent Service Provider

**Nature of Engagement**

Beehive Adaptive Global Services Corp. is expanding its network of independent Service Providers for remote, project-based data processing and customer operations services.

This is a commercial service engagement and not an employment vacancy. Selected providers will enter into a Commercial Services Agreement and an applicable Statement of Work defining the scope, deliverables, service levels, and service fees.

Service Providers must operate as legally registered businesses or self-employed professionals and maintain the appropriate business and tax documentation required to issue BIR-compliant invoices.

**Typical Project Scopes**

* Customer outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
* Data processing, research, validation, and quality checking
* Administrative support, calendar or CRM updating, and report preparation
* Email and chat support
* Other project-specific services covered by an agreed Statement of Work

**Minimum Eligibility Requirements**

* Legally registered business or self-employed professional
* Valid BIR Certificate of Registration and authority to issue BIR-compliant invoices
* Reliable computer, professional headset, and high-speed internet connection, with backup capability preferred
* Strong written and spoken English
* Professional communication and client-service skills
* Ability to manage commitments independently and meet agreed deliverables, deadlines, service levels, and quality standards
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, CRM or telephony platforms, and project trackers

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience providing BPO, freelance, administrative, customer operations, or vendor services
* Familiarity with quality assurance, compliance, and data privacy practices
* Relevant portfolio, performance metrics, or service references, when available

**Service Deliverables and Standards**

* Depending on the assigned Statement of Work, the Service Provider will be expected to:
* Complete agreed deliverables within the defined timelines and specifications
* Maintain accurate service records and submit required project updates
* Protect client information and comply with applicable data-security requirements
* Coordinate proactively with designated project contacts regarding deliverables, dependencies, and service-related concerns

Service fees may be calculated hourly or per completed project, depending on the agreed scope and Statement of Work.
