Description - Manage and maintain patient medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient data.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation.
- Implement and monitor record management policies and procedures.
- Assist in the training of staff on medical record keeping practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in medical records management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
