Record to Report Specialist
Full-time
MULTINATIONAL COMPANY
- Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and streamline processes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel and financial software applications.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
