JOB REQUIREMENTS:

College graduate with at least 1 year of experience as QA Team Leader in a manufacturing set‑up College undergrad can be considered with at least 3 years of experience as QA Team Leader in a manufacturing set‑up Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of quality assurance processes and corrective/preventive actions Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Issue and review corrective and preventive action requests whenever necessary Train and develop newly hired QA/QC Inspectors Supervise QA team operations to ensure compliance with standards Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues Prepare and maintain QA documentation and reports
