Corp Trainor

The Corporate Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering structured, engaging, and results-oriented training sessions to internal teams, leaders, and new agents within POTB. This role ensures that learners acquire essential skills in sales, customer handling, product knowledge, and professional development through a mix of online and face-to-face facilitation.

• Facilitate corporate training programs such as onboarding, objection handling, deal closing, and system usage.

• Lead face-to-face and Zoom-based training sessions in alignment with the POTB calendar and KPIs.

• Encourage interactive participation, group sharing, and real-world application of learning.

• Monitor attendance, participation, and learner progress across sessions.

• Coordinate with the training manager to ensure alignment with team goals and development plans.

• Submit reports, feedback summaries, and session documentation after each training.

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and presence as a role model during sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to use e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt training programs to different learning styles and employee needs.
