- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in finding suitable beauty products or services.
- Provide personalized consultations based on clients' skincare, makeup, or haircare needs.
- Educate clients about product usage, benefits, and proper application techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Certification in cosmetology, skincare, or makeup artistry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the beauty industry (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with beauty products, tools, or treatments is an advantage
