- Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations to match them with suitable secondhand vehicles.
- Sales Process Management: Handle the end-to-end sales process, including vehicle presentations, negotiations, financing options, and closing deals efficiently.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used car market, pricing trends, and inventory to provide accurate advice and maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industries, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs, provide exceptional service, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with secondhand car trends, pricing, and financing options, with a passion for vehicles and the ability to convey product value effectively.
