Building Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are in good working condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain records of services performed and materials used.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently as well as in a team.
