- We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in maintaining the facilities and operations of a residential condominium. The Helper will support the maintenance team by performing routine tasks, repairs, and cleaning duties to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the property. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and tasks (e.g., using hand tools, fixing minor repairs).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Prior experience in maintenance or janitorial work is an advantage but not required.
