Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities for an Australian logistics account. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant AR experience, hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP Business One, and advanced Excel skills. The candidate must have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

• Process customer billing and invoices accurately and on time.

• Manage cash application and payment processing.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Process journal vouchers (JVs) in the client's system.

• Handle daily queries and ensure timely resolution and escalation.

• Support month-end closing activities.

• Monitor and achieve defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Prepare dashboard reports and track process performance.

• Handle client calls and manage escalations professionally.

• Monitor and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Participate in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• College graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Direct hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP Business One is mandatory.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling complex invoices, quality checks, minor exceptions, and payments.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and deliver quality results.

• Exposure to Accounts Receivable process improvement projects.
