RUALES ACCOUNTING FIRM
- Record and manage financial transactions: Ensure accurate data entry for accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial reports and reconciliations: Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including bank reconciliations and trial balance.
- Support compliance and audits: Help maintain adherence to financial regulations and support internal or external audits with necessary documentation and information.
- Educational Background: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage financial data accurately, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
