Senior Experience Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead feature development through scoping, architecture, deployment, and iteration based on user data.
- Build and maintain production-grade web applications and scalable software features.
- Use AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude to accelerate development.
- Make autonomous product and technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Rapidly deploy MVPs, gather user feedback, and iterate without over-engineering.
- Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify problems and remove blockers.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications, ideally using TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and component-driven development.
- Familiarity with modern build pipelines.
- Good understanding of system design and ability to work with complex systems.
- Strong product intuition for applying AI to solve user problems and deliver valuable features.
