Healthcare | Back Office Associate (ASAP TO START!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, data validation, and data management tasks with high accuracy.

• Process and maintain customer records, forms, and documentation in line with company policies.

• Support internal departments by providing administrative and operational assistance.

• Review and verify information to ensure completeness and compliance with standards.

• Prepare reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as needed by management.

• Coordinate with front‑office teams to ensure timely resolution of customer or process-related cases.

• Monitor and update internal systems, databases, and trackers.

• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.

• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality performance metrics.

• Identify process gaps and provide suggestions for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in a back-office, administrative, or BPO support role.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience working with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or BPO platforms is a plus.

• Excellent data accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

• Must be willing for work in Eastwood, Libis and Onsite set-up

• Willing to start ASAP
