- We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for employees, visitors, and clients. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and materials is a plus.
Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness to a high standard.
Physical Abilities:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Personal Attributes:
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues or needs.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to assist other team members.
Other:
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
