Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst – Digital Advertisement to ensure high-quality customer support and technical operations within a digital advertising environment. The role involves auditing customer interactions, validating technical support processes, reviewing SQL-based data, APIs, conversion tracking, and advertising platform integrations to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Technical Quality Assurance, Digital Advertising, SQL, APIs, and Marketing Analytics , with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide actionable feedback to improve operational performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Backend Product Support, AdTech Support, or Technical Operations within a BPO environment.
Experience in Digital Advertising, SaaS, Marketing Analytics, or AdTech is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Comfortable working onsite in McKinley, Taguig on a shifting schedule.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL including joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, subqueries, and data validation.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, Webhooks, SDK validation, and API troubleshooting .
Experience with Conversion Tracking, Pixel Tracking, Server-side Tracking, Conversions API (CAPI), Attribution Models, and Marketing Analytics .
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads , or other digital advertising platforms.
Experience using debugging and analytics tools to investigate technical and data quality issues.
Quality Assurance Skills
Experience auditing technical support interactions across chat, email, tickets, and escalation cases.
Ability to perform calibration sessions, root cause analysis, quality reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Experience creating QA scorecards, test cases, documentation, and quality metrics.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Training teams.

Work Setup: 100% Onsite – McKinley, Taguig.
Shift: Shifting Schedule (TBD).
Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire (directly or through a third party).
Candidates must have hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and Digital Advertising platforms .
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Conversion Tracking, Attribution, and Technical QA is highly preferred.
Only candidates with relevant Technical QA or AdTech support experience will be considered.
