- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle billing and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant diploma in hospitality preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
