Mandarin Translator [Nueva Ecija]

Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents, reports, emails, and other materials from Mandarin to English/Filipino and vice versa.
• Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, discussions, and other business-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all translations and interpretations.
• Assist departments in communicating with Mandarin-speaking managers and employees.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
• Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and/or English, with the ability to translate and interpret effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Able to read and write Mandarin proficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to travel as needed to support Chinese managers during meetings, branch visits, and business-related activities.
• Proven experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter is an advantage.
