Content Lead

We’re hiring: Content Lead | Manila, Philippines

A fast-growing eCommerce enabler operating across Southeast Asia’s biggest marketplaces is looking for a Content Lead to drive end-to-end creative direction, lead a multidisciplinary content team, and deliver high-quality, high-performing content across platforms.

About the company:

• Southeast Asia-based eCommerce enabler managing brand partner stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Operates across multiple markets in the region with a growing brand portfolio

What you’ll own:

• Creative direction — developing content strategies aligned with brand goals, identifying trending formats, and keeping the team at the forefront of platform-native storytelling
• Short-form video production oversight — from brief through scripting, filming, editing, and publishing across TikTok, META, YouTube, and other platforms
• Team leadership — managing and developing a multidisciplinary team of writers, creators, and editors with a culture of creative ownership and innovation
• Process and quality — owning production schedules, creative briefs, workflow optimization, and content quality standards across all projects
• Cross-functional collaboration — partnering with Studios, Commercial, and Business Development to align content output with business and revenue objectives
• Performance tracking — working with Social Strategists to monitor content metrics, audience insights, and trend effectiveness to continuously optimize output

What you bring:

• 4–5+ years of experience in content creation, creative direction, or a relevant field
• Strong command of short-form and long-form video production, editing software, and major social platforms (TikTok, META, YouTube, CapCut, AI tools)
• Proven leadership experience managing and inspiring a creative team
• Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and creative problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and the ability to turn trends into brand-aligned content
• Highly organized with strong time management, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
