Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 5-7 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Fluency in both Spanish and English, excellent communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
